WELCOME TO AMY STODDART STUDIO

Originally from Hertfordshire, Amy studied Furniture Design, earning a First-Class Honours degree before beginning her career in London. She gained experience at some of the city's most esteemed design studios, specializing in high-end residential interiors. Over the past ten years, she has developed a strong foundation in interior architecture, bespoke joinery, and spatial planning, with a particular expertise in kitchen and bathroom design. Her work has been featured in leading design publications, earning industry recognition.

Amy’s design approach is characterized by a refined aesthetic that seamlessly blends elegance with practicality. She creates layered, sophisticated spaces that balance texture, colour, and form—always with a focus on craftsmanship and timeless appeal. Whether working with contemporary or heritage properties, her designs feel considered, curated, and effortlessly livable.

Central to Amy’s work is a deep understanding of her clients' lifestyles. She takes a highly collaborative approach, building close relationships to ensure each space is tailored to their needs.

As can be seen from her work, Amy has impeccable style. On top of that she is lovely to work with, always open to new ideas, and most importantly is able to adapt and work with the client providing as much or as little input as they need in order to deliver their vision. Her scope of work with us has grown from a couple of rooms to the whole house, including all design elements, wall coverings, furnishings, finishes and accessories. It is so much fun working with her and we can’t wait to see it all come to life as our project is completed.

'Amy took on the niche task of designing the fit out of Barkney Wick, our humans' and pups' community centre, consisting of dog day care/community space and a cafe. Our ethos is to be as zero waste and eco friendly as we possibly can be and Amy could not have designed and sourced the materials for the fit out more perfectly for us. The design of our welcome desk and cafe counter using Smile Plastics, and the beautiful OSB cafe wall are just two prime examples of how Amy met the brief.
